Here is some of Lee Ann's recent art. The large wall hanging - which is hanging over our mantle - is a ceramic mosaic. She pulled an old window out of a garbage heap back in Philadelphia that became the frame for this piece. She also did a bit of iron work to create the tree branch.
Also pictured is a representation of our family on the left and a tiny tea set on the right. She did both of these this last year using the handbuilt method of ceramics. On the far right is an abstract vase she made in college. On the far left is a vase someone in Indonesia made and we got as a wedding present. :)

LeeAnn--A couple of things: I have family in SW MO (Branson). They have friends there who are adopting from Ethiopia. And, my wife, Jana, and I go to a PCA church here in Dallas. Thanks for checking out our blog.
LeeAnn, I am so excited to reconnect! I found your blog from your Facebook page. Your family is so beautiful!!! I could just cry right now reading that y'all are adopting from Ethiopia. My hubby and I are in the process of bringing home our first little girl from Guatemala. It is such a crazy journey....we cannot wait to get little Eliana home!! We have also been talking a ton about adopting from Ethiopia one day soon. Who knows??! I will be praying for y'all so much.
Blessings,
